We suggest that agencies placing more than 6 wishes for furniture/year or that wish to receive project goods (backpacks, Christmas gifts and more) pay our once a year agency administrative fee of $250. Contact us for an invoice Wish Rules: our goal is to provide what clients need (no just want). Assume wishes will be filled with used, clean full functional and hygienic goods-not new in most cases.
- REQUESTS ARE GOOD FOR ONE MONTH
- NO HOLDING OR TAGGING OF GOODS. BRING A TRUCK THE DAY OF PICKUP
- ALL FURNITURE MUST BE WISHED FOR AND CONFIRMED BEFORE PICKUP
- NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED BUT A WRITTEN EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED TO COME TO THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP GOODS
- Clients may ONLY come for large furniture.
- WE DO NOT SPEAK OTHER LANGUAGES. CLIENTS MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WELL FOR US TO HELP THEM.
